The Supplement and Food Programme (£95)
Do you want to know:
- Which foods and eating plan are right for you?
- Which foods will make you feel full of energy, vitality and keep you in general good health?
- Whether you have nutrient deficiencies and what are the recommended supplements for you?
This programme not only gives you the personal Supplement Advice Programme but also a tailor-made Food and Menu Plan , based on your Oxidative Type (how your body uses foods), to help maximise your well-being and vitality and help you keep in good health.
You will need to complete a Hair Mineral Analysis Test, as well as completing the on-line Supplement Programme Questionnaire. Please note that you should not take the test for six weeks after having your hair dyed, bleached or permed.
A Hair Mineral Analysis Test uses a small sample of hair to:
- Screen for mineral imbalances and toxicities
- Inform about the activity of minerals within the cell
- Determine Oxidative (Metabolic) Types - eating the wrong foods for your oxidative type can impair your health and deplete energy in the cells
